Our solution

Stitchfield is the largest contract embroidery company in the Netherlands, embroidering with 90 embroidery heads. We developed Stitchfield's website and the complete platform behind it, with the aim of fully automating the business.

We started with the order process, planning and invoicing, where customers and operation managers gain the most. Other optimisations are in progress.

The platform offers:

• Online ordering: customers choose garments, colours and quantities, upload their logo and see it on the garment straight away
• Automatic detection of the colours in a logo, with matching Madeira thread colours
• Position and size per embroidery, with a price indication in the cart
• A planning for operation managers: orders grouped by week, with the status of embroidery card, garments and production for each order
• Invoicing from the same orders, connected to Exact Online: invoices and customer details go to the accounts automatically
• A connection with the Atlantis Headwear API: articles, prices and stock are updated automatically, so customers choose caps from the current collection
• A portal where customers find and reorder earlier quotes and orders
